The Upstairs

The upstairs is a quiet oasis of comfort, with two bedrooms and an open area. The flooring is original fir, and there are original wood doors and window frames to add character. The bedroom features baseboard heating, as well as forced air from the new, high efficiency furnace.

The Dining Room

A room to host parties, quiet evenings, and all manner of fun times. This room is large enough for a full size dining room set, and faces both the living room and the kitchen. The afternoon sun creates a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The Master Bedroom

Large enough for a queen sized bed, this spacious master bedroom features a view across to Naramata, in addition to a walk-in closet. With laminate flooring throughout, this room is truly a place to relax.

The Bathroom

Equipped with a low flow, 6.0 lpf toilet, this space-saving bathroom has an updated vanity, new medicine cabinet and fresh paint throughout. There is an upright washer / dryer next to the bathtub as well. All fixtures are energy efficient.
